Leads vs Pipeline

Leads = SMS opt-ins from the homepage. Pipeline = merchant applications. Any employee with a console login sees phone numbers and can call/text immediately — commission staff under Access & Admins (Employee role).

📥 Bulk Import Leads (CSV)

Select a CSV file to import leads. All formula symbols (=, +, -, @) will be automatically stripped for security.

Anonymous site reports. Each item gets three proposed fixes. Mark done or Decline archives the item — it leaves the active queue but stays in Archived with a Reopen button. Nothing is deleted from the backend.

Your security keys

Register a USB security key, Windows Hello, Touch ID, or device passkey for daily sign-in. Your authenticator app and recovery codes are backup when a passkey is unavailable.

Tip: USB security keys are the most reliable daily login. Google Password Manager sometimes shows “could not verify user” — that usually means a passkey already exists for omnitender.us or Windows/Google verification was cancelled. Use your USB keys, or remove the old passkey in Chrome → Password Manager before trying again.

Create a username + starter PIN for each employee. On first login they choose a permanent username & PIN, scan a QR for two-factor auth, then sign in with all three.
